Information we collect

We may collect account identifiers such as your display name, username, and email; date of birth for adult eligibility; ZIP code, state, country, optional gender, leagues and sports interests; profile photos or selected team icons; picks, leagues, balances, rewards, referrals, posts, and product activity; device category, browser, IP address, session and usage information; support messages; shipping details when you request or purchase physical merchandise; and order, price, refund, and payment-status identifiers when you purchase merchandise. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by League Looker.

How we use information

• Provide and secure accounts, wallets, picks, leagues, and rewards.
• Settle games, prevent abuse, enforce limits, and investigate errors.
• Fulfill eligible merchandise redemptions and purchases and provide support.
• Measure product performance and improve League Looker.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect League Looker and its community.

Cookies and analytics

League Looker uses first-party account and activity information to understand engagement and create aggregated audience summaries, such as age ranges, geographic distribution, league interests, active users, matchup views, picks, shop activity, and referrals. We do not provide third parties with member names, emails, full dates of birth, ZIP codes, wallet details, or individual account profiles as part of those summaries. In Production, League Looker may use Google Analytics 4 to measure page and feature usage. Google Analytics receives only approved product-event details and does not receive League Looker profile demographics, names, email addresses, wallet details, or payment-card information from our event tracking. Vercel may process limited site performance and analytics data.

For visitors who are not signed in, essential first-party cookies may be used for security, session continuity, and other core site functions. You can reopen available cookie and privacy choices through Privacy and cookie settings. Browser controls may also let you block or delete cookies, although that can affect sign-in and site features.

Merchandise orders

Stripe processes card-paid merchandise purchases. League Looker receives and stores limited Stripe customer, order, price, refund, and payment-status identifiers needed to complete and support purchases. For physical orders, League Looker also stores the items, sizes, quantities, shipping destination, fulfillment status, and tracking number. Stripe processes payment credentials under its own privacy terms.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help with hosting, authentication, database and file storage, payments, analytics, communications, security, fraud prevention, and merchandise fulfillment. These providers include Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Google where their services are used. We do not sell personal information for money. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or other business transaction.

Retention, account deletion, and security

You can permanently delete your account through Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes your sign-in, profile identifiers and demographics, uploaded profile media, preferences, follows and friendships, private watchlists and saved takes, Community posts/comments/reactions, notifications, and first-party account analytics identifiers.

We retain anonymized or pseudonymous wallet, pick, contest, payment, order, referral-fraud, fulfillment, moderation, and audit records when needed to preserve coin and competition integrity, complete transactions, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet accounting and legal obligations. Shipping details for an unfinished physical order may be retained temporarily to complete fulfillment, then removed. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of eligible personal information; to opt out of certain processing where applicable; or to appeal a denied request. You may also opt out of optional communications and manage browser privacy controls. We may need to verify a request and may retain records when required for security, fulfillment, accounting, or legal purposes. To submit a request, email support@leaguelooker.com.

United States service, age, and changes

League Looker currently operates from the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our service providers. League Looker is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements change and will post the updated effective date here.
