Information we collect

We may collect account identifiers such as your display name and email; date of birth for adult eligibility; ZIP code, state, country, optional gender, leagues and sports interests; picks, leagues, balances, rewards, referrals, and product activity; device category, browser, session and usage information; support messages; shipping details when you request a physical reward; and billing identifiers, subscription status, and billing-period information when you use League Looker Plus. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by League Looker.

How we use information

• Provide and secure accounts, wallets, picks, leagues, and rewards.
• Settle games, prevent abuse, enforce limits, and investigate errors.
• Fulfill eligible merchandise redemptions and provide support.
• Measure product performance and, where permitted, show or measure advertising.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect League Looker and its community.

Advertising and analytics

League Looker uses first-party account and activity information to understand engagement and create aggregated audience summaries, such as age ranges, geographic distribution, league interests, active users, matchup views, picks, shop activity, and referrals. We do not provide advertisers with member names, emails, full dates of birth, ZIP codes, or individual account profiles as part of those summaries. The free experience may use Google AdSense, which can use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver and measure advertising, subject to your consent choices and applicable law. Standard AdSense placements are suppressed for signed-in Plus members. Optional sponsor promotions, if offered, are labeled and handled separately.

Billing

Stripe processes League Looker Plus payments. League Looker receives and stores limited Stripe customer, subscription, price, renewal, cancellation, and payment-status identifiers needed to provide and support Plus. Stripe processes payment credentials under its own privacy terms.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help with hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, advertising, communications, fraud prevention, and merchandise fulfillment. We do not sell personal information for cash. We may disclose information when required by law or as part of a business transaction.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information, opt out of optional communications, and manage browser privacy controls. Some records may be retained when required for security, fulfillment, or legal purposes.

Children and changes

League Looker is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the beta evolves and will post the effective date here.
