TERMS OF USE

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to accept these terms, and provide accurate age, residence, identity, and account information. One person may maintain only one League Looker account. You may not create, control, share, borrow, or use additional accounts, aliases, automated accounts, another person's account, or other methods to obtain extra contest entries, promotional benefits, rewards, rankings, or limits. You are responsible for activity tied to your sign-in and must not sell, transfer, automate, or share an account.

League Looker may use reasonable account, device, activity, residence, age, and identity checks to protect platform integrity. Suspected duplicate, coordinated, automated, fraudulent, or impersonated accounts may be reviewed, limited, suspended, merged where appropriate, or disqualified from promotions or contests.

Free-to-play only

League Looker is a free sports prediction experience. League Coins are non-redeemable virtual promotional credits earned through eligible activities and used only as pick stakes. A winning pick returns the original Coin stake and awards only the virtual profit as League Dollars, which may be used for eligible League Looker rewards. Status Points track account levels and cannot be spent. League Coins, League Dollars, and Status Points cannot be purchased, withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash; they are not cryptocurrency and do not represent stored monetary value or ownership.

Contests and prizes

League Looker may offer free-entry promotional or skill-based contests with separate Official Rules. Unless a contest's Official Rules expressly say otherwise, one person may submit only one entry through one League Looker account. Creating or using multiple accounts, shared accounts, false information, bots, automation, aliases, or another person's account to obtain additional entries is prohibited and may result in voided entries, disqualification, suspension, or prize forfeiture.

No purchase is necessary to enter a League Looker contest. Eligibility, age, geography, entry windows, scoring, tiebreakers, prize terms, and other contest-specific conditions are controlled by the applicable Official Rules. Contests and prizes are void where prohibited.

A potential prize recipient must be able to reasonably confirm identity, age, residence, account ownership, and any information reasonably required for lawful prize fulfillment, tax review, fraud prevention, or duplicate-account review. Verification information must correspond to the eligible person who owns and used the account that submitted the winning entry. Failure or refusal to complete required verification, or material inconsistencies suggesting duplicate accounts, impersonation, ineligible participation, or fraud, may result in prize forfeiture and selection of another eligible recipient when permitted by the applicable Official Rules.

Picks, lines, and settlement

Displayed schedules, lines, scores, and statistics may be delayed, corrected, or unavailable. League Looker may void or resettle a pick when information is incorrect, a game is postponed, a market is malformed, or platform integrity requires it. Published in-product rules control settlement.

Rewards and merchandise

Eligible rewards use League Dollars, not League Coins or Status Points, and remain subject to account and identity verification, geographic limits, inventory, size availability, household limits, and fulfillment review. No purchase is necessary to use League Looker. Any virtual balance may be adjusted or removed when created through error, duplication, fraud, automation, settlement correction, or policy abuse.

Physical merchandise may also be purchased separately by card through Stripe. Card purchases do not buy League Coins or League Dollars and do not affect picks, rewards, rankings, or prize eligibility. Prices, available sizes, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Orders are accepted after payment confirmation and remain subject to inventory and address verification. Delivery dates are estimates. Contact support@leaguelooker.com for a damaged, incorrect, missing, return, or refund request; any rights required by applicable law still apply.

User content and community features

You keep ownership of content you post, such as picks, commentary, profile photos, and bios. You give League Looker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the service. You must have the rights to anything you post. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, the rights of others, or community safety.

Acceptable use

Do not exploit the service, scrape private data, interfere with game information or settlement, manipulate picks, lines, coins, rewards, analytics, contests, or rankings, impersonate others, harass members, infringe intellectual property, evade limits, create or control multiple accounts to obtain additional entries or benefits, or use automated systems to create accounts, submit entries, or earn promotional benefits.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and can request account closure through support. League Looker may suspend, limit, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or community, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, contest integrity, verification, and payment obligations for completed merchandise orders—survive termination.

Service availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, rules, balances, rewards, sports information, availability, and access may change. Sports data and analysis are informational and are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, League Looker and CG7 Technology disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
