TERMS OF USE
These terms govern access to the League Looker private beta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to accept these terms, and provide accurate age, residence, and account information. One person may maintain one account. You are responsible for activity tied to your sign-in and must not sell, transfer, automate, or share an account.
Free-to-play only
League Looker is a sports prediction game, not a real-money sportsbook. League Coins are virtual promotional game credits. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, are not cryptocurrency, and do not represent stored value or ownership.
Picks, lines, and settlement
Displayed schedules, lines, scores, and statistics may be delayed, corrected, simulated, or unavailable during beta. League Looker may void or resettle a pick when a feed is incorrect, a game is postponed, a market is malformed, or platform integrity requires it. Published in-product rules control settlement.
Rewards and merchandise
Rewards are subject to eligibility, account and identity verification, geographic limits, inventory, size availability, household limits, and fulfillment review. No purchase is necessary to use League Looker. Coins may be adjusted or removed when earned through error, duplication, fraud, automation, or policy abuse.
League Looker Plus
League Looker Plus is an optional $9.99 USD monthly subscription that removes standard display advertising and may include other clearly identified Plus presentation features. It does not provide League Coins, paid pick entries, boosted lines, prize eligibility, settlement advantages, or leaderboard advantages. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added. You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, partial billing periods are not refunded.
Advertising
The free experience may include clearly labeled standard display advertising. Plus members do not receive those standard display ads while signed in. League Looker may separately offer optional, clearly labeled sponsor promotions; participation is voluntary, and manipulating delivery, completion, or measurement may result in forfeited promotional benefits or account suspension.
Acceptable use
Do not exploit the service, scrape private data, interfere with feeds or settlement, impersonate others, harass members, infringe intellectual property, evade limits, or use automated systems to create accounts or earn coins.
Beta service
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta. Features, rules, balances, rewards, availability, and access may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, League Looker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the beta.
